Who doesn’t love a good BBQ? At Brasserie Park we have the best BBQ for groups! What makes ours even better is that we have a professional chef manning the BBQ. Plus, we use the best meat.

Are there vegetarians in your company? Of course we have many delicious vegetarian options. Please let us know how many of the guests prefer a vegetarian meal and we will take care of the rest.

  • Beef burger with cheddar, brioche bun, and Smoky Thousand Island sauce
  • Chicken thigh skewer with garlic and yogurt
  • Irish sirloin steak with chimichurri butter
  • Vegetable curry with sweet potato, chickpeas, coconut, and pepitas cooked in the Dutch Oven
  • Baby potatoes with nettle cheese, green herb dressing, and coconut bacon
  • Cucumber salad with apple, Greek yogurt, and lime
  • Green asparagus with sugar lettuce, crispy chicken, Parmigiano Reggiano, mustard dressing, and cashews
  • Arugula salad with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, and guacamole dressing
  • Pumpkin salad with pearl couscous, almonds, and pomegranate seeds
  • Bread with farm butter, lavender-herb salt, and tapenades
  • Fresh fries

For children at the BBQ: €19.75 per child. If you choose the barbecue with the dessert buffet, we offer this for €45.00 per person and €23.50 per child. We also have vegetarian options; please ask us about them!

  • Pimientos de Padrón with smoked sea salt
  • Baby potatoes with nettle cheese, green herb dressing, and coconut bacon
  • Cucumber salad with apple, Greek yogurt, and lime
  • Green asparagus with lettuce, crispy vegan chicken, Prosociano cheese, mustard dressing, and cashews
  • Arugula salad with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, and guacamole dressing
